Ignite United Methodist Church is a multicultural congregation committed to spreading God’s love. Ignite UMC family envisioned that through God’s Grace, we would Go, Grow, and Glow.
GO – in mission to the community and the world to proclaim and spread the Good News of God’s Love and Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Go and make disciples for the transformation of the world.
GROW – in knowledge, love, and faith in Jesus through worship, small groups, and meditations. Grow in generous giving to church and mission. Grow in fellowship with one another.
GLOW – and be the light of the world in diverse and passionate worship. Glow in good works to the community by involvement and genuine service to people. Amen

Meet our Pastor
Pastor Roeline Ramirez is a Filipina who has been passionate about serving the Lord since her youth. During her early years of ministry, she mainly focused on leading children and youth groups. She was also involved in evangelism and community service and volunteered in various positions in the church. These experiences helped her develop skills in cooperative decision-making, teamwork, and relating to others. After moving to America, she felt God’s calling for her to become a pastor.
In July 2023, she was appointed to serve at Ignite UMC. The church, her family, and she feel blessed with the appointment. In 2020, she completed the Master of Religious Education at Unification Theological University in New York, which is now known as, HJ International Graduate School for Peace and Public Leadership. In addition, she recently graduated and got the Master of Divinity at Drew Theological School last May 2024.
Pastor Roeline, who goes by the nickname Pastor Wee, is a cheerful, dedicated, and passionate minister. Her sermons reflect her faith, hope, and love in Jesus Christ. Her vision is to lead the congregation in growing together in Christ by encouraging each member to become a part of God’s mission and to serve as channels of God’s love, mercy, justice, and blessings to all.
