Pastor Roeline Ramirez is a Filipina who has been passionate about serving the Lord since her youth. During her early years of ministry, she mainly focused on leading children and youth groups. She was also involved in evangelism and community service and volunteered in various positions in the church. These experiences helped her develop skills in cooperative decision-making, teamwork, and relating to others. 

After moving to America, she felt God's calling for her to become a pastor. In July 2023, she was appointed to serve at Ignite UMC. The church, her family, and she feel blessed with the appointment. In 2020, she completed her Master's in Religious Education and is pursuing a Master's in Divinity at Drew University. She expects to graduate in May 2024. 

Pastor Roeline, who goes by the nickname Pastor Wee, is a cheerful, dedicated, and passionate minister. Her sermons reflect her faith, hope, and love in Jesus Christ. Her vision is to lead the congregation in growing together in Christ by encouraging each member to become a part of God's mission and to serve as channels of God's love, mercy, and blessings.
